(1) Committee meetings will be held as required.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the vice president.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), in the absence of the vice-chairman, the member-secretary may hold a meeting of the committee on the date, time and place determined in consultation with the members of the committee.
(4) At least twenty-four hours before the meeting of the committee, the member-secretary will give notice to the members of the committee along with the agenda of the topics to be discussed in the meeting.
(5) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(6) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman of the committee and in his absence by a member chosen by the members of the committee from among themselves.
(7) In the meeting of the committee, Bahamu Takorai will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(8) The decision of the committee will be verified by the person presiding over the meeting.
(9) If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite any expert or officer related to the work of the committee to participate in the meeting of the committee as an observer.
(10) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
